Xylem Learning is growing! We’re looking for enthusiastic, result-driven Student Counsellors to guide learners and drive enrolments for our expanding academic programs.

What You’ll Do

Engage with prospective students / parents via inbound & outbound calls

Assess academic needs and recommend the right Xylem programs

Present and promote course offerings with confidence

Build strong relationships with students & families

Achieve monthly / quarterly enrolment & revenue targets

Maintain accurate CRM records

Collaborate with academic, marketing & operations teams

Share feedback to enhance conversions & student experience

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree (any discipline)

0–2 years of experience in counselling / sales (education sector is a plus)

Target-driven mindset with strong persuasion & communication skills

Proactive, adaptable, and relationship-focused

Malayalam proficiency preferred; English communication desirable
