Overall Responsibilities :

The Junior Associate - Payments will play a crucial role in supporting batch operations and resolving issues related to V batches. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work shifts, as well as familiarity with mainframe technologies. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth batch processing and collaborate with various teams to address critical activities efficiently.

Software Requirements :

• Proficient in Mainframe technologies (COBOL, JCL, CICS, MVS, SORT, Eztrieve).
• Knowledge of scheduling tools (Control M, CA7, TWS, Job-Track).
• Experience with incident management tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
