Job Summary :
As a Business Development Manager - IT Digital Staffing at 2COMS, you will be responsible for driving client acquisition, managing relationships,and expanding our presence in the Indian Domestic Market for IT staffing. You will focus on Client Procurement across multiple models such as Full-Time Employment (FTE), Contract-to-Hire (CTH), and GCC staffing solutions. Your role will also involve identifying new business opportunities, developing sales strategies,and delivering exceptional client service in the IT and technology staffing domain.
1. Client Hunting & New Logo Acquisition
Aggressively identify and pursue untapped business opportunities in the Indian IT / Technology market, focusing on GCCs, high-growth tech startups, and large enterprises.
Drive net new client acquisition ("new logos") through strategic targeting, outreach, and consultative selling.
Build strong entry points by networking with HR Heads, TA Leaders, Procurement Managers, and CXOs to uncover staffing needs.
Own and manage the full sales funnel—from lead generation and qualification to closure—with a relentless focus on pipeline growth and conversions.
Meet or exceed defined acquisition targets and revenue goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
2. Business Development – IT Staffing Solutions
Champion customized staffing solutions including Permanent (FTE), Contract-to-Hire (CTH), and Contractual hiring models tailored to diverse client needs.
Conduct deep-dive discussions to understand client pain points and offer scalable, cost-efficient workforce strategies.
Develop solution-oriented proposals, deliver persuasive pitches, and position your firm as a strategic talent partner.
3. Client Engagement & Deal Closure
Lead commercial negotiations, handle proposal submissions, and finalize terms of business with a focus on margin optimization and client satisfaction.
Serve as the primary liaison throughout the business development lifecycle—ensuring clarity, speed, and accountability.
Structure and secure long-term agreements, ensuring adherence to SLAs and legal / contractual norms.
4. Strategic Market Penetration & Intelligence
Monitor market trends, competitor movements, and technology hiring patterns across key IT segments (Cloud, Data Engineering, AI / ML, DevOps, Cybersecurity, etc.).
Leverage insights to fine-tune sales strategies and collaborate with internal stakeholders to align offerings with market demand.
Work closely with marketing to support branding initiatives, campaigns, and outreach that aid new client acquisition.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration & Enablement
Partner with internal recruitment, delivery, and onboarding teams to ensure alignment on client expectations and turnaround time.
Provide delivery teams with critical market feedback to ensure quality fulfillment and client retention.
Resolve operational bottlenecks and support seamless handoff from sales to service delivery.

Strong experience in business development in IT staffing Understanding of FTE, Contract Staffing, and CTH models in the IT industry. Prior experience working with clients in GCC, Large Enterprises, Tech Startups, and IT Product / Services companies. Ability to handle multiple accounts and manage relationships effectively. Proven track record in sales targets, client management, and staffing solutions. Minimum 3 years of experience required
