About the Role :

We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Senior Sales Manager to lead enterprise sales and international business development for our Cybersecurity Training division. This is a high-impact individual contributor role that requires expertise in B2B sales, global client acquisition, and strategic account management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling enterprise learning solutions—preferably in cybersecurity, technology, or certification-driven education. This role reports directly to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Enterprise Sales Leadership : Drive B2B sales efforts targeting large enterprises, BFSI, tech companies, and government agencies for cybersecurity upskilling, certification programs, and workforce development initiatives. - International Business Development : Expand our global footprint by acquiring and managing clients across key international markets, including the Middle East, Southeast Asia, North America, and Europe. - Solution-Oriented Selling : Engage with L&D leaders, CISOs, CTOs, and HR heads to understand organizational needs and position our training offerings as strategic solutions. - Revenue Growth : Own quarterly and annual revenue targets, with clear accountability for sales pipeline generation, closures, and key account expansion. - Partnerships & Alliances : Build channel partnerships and institutional collaborations to scale reach in international territories and enterprise ecosystems. - Proposals & Negotiation : Lead the creation of customized proposals, pricing strategies, and commercial negotiations in alignment with business objectives. - Market Intelligence : Stay informed on global trends in cybersecurity training, certification demands, and enterprise skilling mandates to shape sales strategy. - Internal Collaboration : Coordinate with delivery, marketing, content, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution post-sale. - Reporting & CEO Alignment : Maintain up-to-date reports on sales pipeline, forecast accuracy, and performance metrics, directly reporting progress and insights to the CEO.

Qualifications :

  • 8–12 years of experience in enterprise sales, international business development, or corporate training sales - Proven success in independently closing large deals and managing enterprise accounts across geographies - Strong knowledge of the cybersecurity or tech training ecosystem is highly desirable - Exposure to international markets (MEA, SEA, US, or Europe) is essential - Ability to engage with senior stakeholders (CXOs, L&D Heads, Government Officials) - Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent is preferred
  • Preferred Skills :

  • Experience in B2B sales within the edtech, IT training, or cybersecurity certification industry - Familiarity with global L&D trends, skilling frameworks (e.g., NICE, NIST), and certification programs (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH) - CRM and pipeline management expertise - Strong business communication, proposal writing, and negotiation skills - Self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment - Willingness to represent the company at international events, webinars, and conferences
