Their adept banking and finance team navigates seamlessly through domestic and international transactions, drawing from vast experience across Europe, Asia, and the United States, including hands-on roles within client organisations.

About The Role :

Collaborating closely with Senior Lawyers
Assist in handling a variety of Banking & Finance matters, including debt financing arrangements, corporate finance, capital markets, and regulatory compliance.
Conducting legal research and analysis to support strategic advice and transaction structuring.
Drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
Liaising with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities as needed.
Participating in negotiations and assisting in transaction management.
Providing strategic guidance to clients on financial matters

Skills & Experience :

With 1-3 years PQE in Banking & Finance Law

Law Degree

Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Competitive salary package ($130,000 - $155,000 depending on experience)
