Job descriptionEfficient in English, Punjabi / Hindi (both written and speaking) Excited / feared about the AI era and understands the power of Marketing Experience in using ChatGPT, Gemini or any other tool for more than social media captions or Ghibli Art Basic overview about SEO - keywords, meta, schemas Instgram / YouTube screen time over 2-3 hours / day (Reels, memes) Shoot video content, do voice-overs in English Watched list of 20+ Hollywood movies / series and more importantly non-dubbed Knowledge or atleast awareness about the tech world (from Silicon Valley to China's EVs) Extremely extrovert, zero social anxiety and ability to sit with attention without Subway Surfers half-screen Having managed own social media channel is a BIG PLUS Having interest in literature / songs / philosophy / science / even WWE (basically a hobby is appreciated)
Key Responsibilities :
- Research the latest social media and marketing trends / news / updates
- Analyse the data, current market flow for content ideation
- Experiment with new text to image, text to video prompts using AI tools
- Study, understand and shoot video / photo content for social media handles
- Regular engagement on social media via comments / DMs / stories
- Assist the marketing team in executing daily tasks
