Executive Sr Executive Logistics

Role Overview

To manage and maintain overall logistics process in consideration of quality maintenance & improvement cost-effective and on-time delivery. Especially Import activities is main role.

Key Responsibilities

Administering all import activities including customs clearance and coordination with freight forwarders.

Managing the entire goods importing process such as estimating logistics costs preparing shipping documentation and negotiating with freight forwarders.

Collaborating with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of goods according to production schedules.

Breakthrough engineering for a better world

I Handling export shipments on interval basis such as applying certificate of Origin in DGFT portal both preferential & non-preferential certificates.

Processing payment of inbound and outbound freight invoices for shipping expenditures incurred on behalf of

the company or its customers Following up with domestic vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials in line with production schedules.

Supervising and controlling job work materials sent for processing and coordinating domestic logistics to ensure consolidation and on-time delivery.

Requirements

Knowledge and practical work for international and domestic logistics.

Knowledge on Customs act RODTEP and Drawback schemes.

Expertise in MS office especially in Excel application.

Effective negotiation and communications (both oral and written) skills required.

Ability to use personal computer skills in a networked environment.

Ability to handle confidential information and meet deadlines.

Education qualification : . / B. Com / MBA

Experience : around 10 years

Must possess good writing and communication skills.
