Senior Sales & Revenue and Market Share Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.

  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand market Engagement and Relationship Identify and develop relationships with key accounts and potential customers.
  • Set up product demonstrations, discuss technical solutions, and manage complex negotiations to secure Analysis and Strategic Analyze market trends and competitors to identify growth Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the Director of Sales, highlighting performance and strategic Collaboration and Seamless Collaborate with internal stakeholders (operations, finance, customer service) to ensure seamless execution of sales plans.
  • Partner with customers during the initial days of product usage to ensure faster adoption and a smooth handover to account managers, ensuring a seamless customer Candidate :
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field. An MBA from a reputable B-School is highly desirable.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales within the Shipping and Logistics Freight Forwarding industry.
  • At least 4-6 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in a B2B setting.
  • Experience in SaaS or Logistics SaaS companies / start-ups is a plus.
  • Excellent ability to communicate effectively and build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
