What You will Do
Own the Strategy : Define and drive our national sales roadmap for IoT solutions-build target segments, go-to-market plans, and performance KPIs.Build & Lead a Rockstar Team : Hire, mentor, and energize a high-performing sales team that thrives on winning together.Close Game-Changing Deals : Leverage your network and industry know-how to engage with large enterprises and convert complex deals into long-term partnerships.Stay Ahead of the Curve : Be the eyes and ears on IoT market trends, emerging tech, and competitor insights.Strengthen Channel Ecosystems : Deepen relationships with OEMs, tech partners, and system integrators to scale solutions faster.Collaborate Across Teams : Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success to ensure seamless execution and customer value.What You Bring
8-10+ years in enterprise / technology sales, with strong exposure to IoT or connected solutions.Demonstrated success in closing high-value deals in verticals like logistics, manufacturing, industrial workspaces, or smart infrastructure.Experience selling sensor-based monitoring , RTLS / RFID , or GPS / LTE telematics solutions-either directly or through partners.A leadership mindset, backed by experience managing national sales teams.Strong commercial acumen, CRM proficiency, and a deep understanding of India's enterprise tech ecosystem .Channel sales experience is highly desirable.Ability and willingness to travel across India as needed.What Sets You Apart
