About the role : As a Producer – Branded Content, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing high-impact content strategies tailored specifically for the business and industry news genre. This role blends strategic thinking, creative direction, and production leadership to deliver compelling branded content that not only meets client objectives but also elevates brand storytelling.

Responsibilities :

End-to-End Video Production

Lead the full video production process to deliver high-quality content on time and within budget.

Creative Development & Storyboarding

Develop compelling creative concepts and storyboards that translate briefs into engaging visual narratives.

Client & Stakeholder Collaboration

Align with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and clarity throughout the project lifecycle.

On-Ground Shoot Management

Manage all on-site production activities to ensure efficient, safe, and seamless execution of shoots.

Post-Production Oversight

Supervise editing, sound, and finishing processes to ensure polished final outputs that meet brand and quality standards.

Multi-Platform Content Adaptation

Optimize and adapt video assets for various digital platforms to maximize reach and engagement.

Quality Control & Brand Alignment

Ensure every video adheres to brand guidelines, technical standards, and quality benchmarks before final delivery.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Film, or a related field.

Proven experience (2+ years) as a B2B Branded Content Producer or similar role. Strong portfolio showcasing successful branded content campaigns.

Exceptional project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. In-depth knowledge of brand strategy and the ability to translate it into compelling content. Proficiency with industry-standard software for video editing, graphic design, and project management.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
