Job descriptionPython (Flask) SQLite / PostgreSQL HTML, JavaScript, Tailwind CSS Leaflet.js / GIS AWS EC2, Linux, Systemd REST APIs, SAML (Entra ID integration preferred) 4+ years of experience in full-stack development (Python + Web stack) Proven experience deploying secure apps on cloud (AWS preferred) Experience integrating maps or GIS data (Leaflet.js / PostGIS ideal) Comfort working independently and taking ownership of full delivery Ability to provide extended support (part-time) after go-live Experience with public sector or utility clients Exposure to SCADA systems or IoT sensor data integration Familiarity with agile project delivery

Join us at Rexus USA LLC as we deliver a mission-critical Emergency Management System (EMS) for one of the largest public water utilities in the U.S. (WSSC Water).
Key Responsibilities
- Own the entire EMS system lifecycle — design, development, deployment, and maintenance
- Customize our existing EMS prototype (Flask, SQLite, Leaflet.js, Tailwind) to meet client requirements
- Integrate GIS, SCADA-ready APIs, weather feeds, and vehicle tracking overlays
- Implement real-time dashboards for water, sewer, flood, and alert tracking
- Provide L2 / L3 technical support during the post-launch 3-year maintenance phase
- Collaborate with the project manager and client-side IT teams
- Ensure secure deployment on AWS EC2 or client datacenter (to be finalized)
