SALARY : NET USD 6000 - 8000

OVERVIEW :

The Finance Head will be responsible for driving the financial strategy, overseeing all financial operations, and ensuring strong governance and compliance within the organization. This role requires a dynamic finance professional with solid experience in the manufacturing industry and the ability to lead financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and cost management functions. The ideal candidate will serve as a key business partner to senior management, contributing to strategic decision-making and organizational growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Oversee the full spectrum of financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, costing, and financial reporting.
• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, international accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial performance indicators to ensure operational efficiency.
• Develop and implement cost-control measures to optimize profitability.
• Guide internal and external audits and ensure accuracy of financial statements.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support operational and commercial initiatives.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership for long-term planning.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to build a high-performing function.
