Location : Mumbai

Work Experience : 10-20 years

Qualification : BE in Chemical Engineering / Process engineering, Master's in a data related stream

Preferred Skills :

Modeling & Simulation
Data Analysis & Interpretation
Proficiency with tools like Power BI, MySQL, Python, Regression, Deep Learning

Description :

Analytics Solutioning

Partner with internal stakeholders to identify the key priorities and co-develop solutions and influence future strategy based on insights.

Partner with businesses to create analytical roadmap, relevant analytical solutions, implementation schedule, benefit measurement templates, change management to embed analytics within the organizations DNA

Innovation

Keep abreast with latest advancement in the Data Science (ML / AI) field

Lead development of innovative solutions that yield business transformation and significant financial impact across Revenue, Operational Expense, Customer Experience, and / or Risk mitigation

Evangelization

Drive adoption of analytical solutions across business lines and enable digital maturity via various learning interventions i.e., workshops, forums, white-papers, training etc.

Partnership

Explore and set up collaborations with other internal data science teams, as well as external partners, in order to help deliver more effectively.

Work with ecosystem, including universities, technology partners, and other companies, and leverage this network to enable delivery

Capability building

Capable of coaching new team leads and supporting their development, as well as supporting individual contributors.

Driving the digital training program across UTCL for democratization of a data-driven culture.
