We are seeking an experienced Regional Delivery Lead to manage the execution of interior fit-out projects in the North region . This role is critical to ensuring timely, high-quality, and cost-effective delivery of fit-out projects across office spaces. The ideal candidate will bring extensive project management experience, deep technical knowledge of fit-out processes, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
Key Responsibilities :
Project Execution :
- Oversee end-to-end project execution of interior fit-outs, ensuring adherence to design specifications, timelines, and budget.
- Drive operational excellence and ensure quality standards are met across all projects.
- Monitor project schedules, manage resources, and coordinate with vendors and contractors to meet milestones.
Team Management :
Lead and mentor a team of project managers, site engineers, and support staff to ensure efficient project delivery.Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Stakeholder Management :
Act as the key point of contact for clients during project execution, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.Collaborate closely with design, procurement, and commercial teams to align project execution with client expectations and business goals.Financial Management :
Monitor project costs and ensure adherence to budgets and financial targets.Support procurement activities, including vendor negotiations and contract management, to optimize costs without compromising quality.Risk & Compliance :
Identify potential project risks (safety, contractual, quality, or schedule-related) and implement mitigation plans.Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements, including health & safety protocols.Reporting & Documentation :
Provide regular project status updates to senior leadership, highlighting progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, quality records, and financial trackers.Qualifications & Experience :
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.Minimum 10-12 years of experience in managing interior fit-out projects, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing multiple projects.Strong technical knowledge of interior fit-out processes, materials, and construction methodologies.Proven experience in managing project budgets, schedules, and vendor relationships.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.What We’re Looking For :
