Deputy General Manager – Mergers & Acquisitions

This role supports one of the largest automobile company's M&A team in executing end-to-end mergers and acquisitions. It involves researching industries and target companies, building financial models, conducting valuations, supporting due diligence, preparing board presentations, and assisting in deal documentation. The person also tracks domestic and global M&A trends and benchmarks deals.

The role requires strong coordination with internal teams (finance, legal, tax, treasury, business teams) and external partners (banks, consultants, legal counsels).

Education : CFA / CA / MBA Finance

Experience Range : 5+ years
