Role & Strategic Operations : Translate company strategy into site-wise operational plans, capacity expansion, and capital projects.

• GMP & Regulatory : Ensure compliance with WHO-GMP, EAEU, EMA, and other global regulatory standards.
• Supply Chain Leadership : Oversee demand planning, procurement, production scheduling, and logistics to ensure 95%+ OTIF.
• Manufacturing & Quality : Drive output, yield, and compliance across all manufacturing and quality functions.
• Operational Excellence : Implement lean, Six Sigma, digital dashboards, and automation initiatives to improve OEE and reduce costs.
• Tech Transfers & Product Launches : Manage tech transfer and scale-up of complex injectables and novel dosage forms.
• People & Culture : Lead a team of ~1,000 employees; drive performance and employee engagement.
• P&L Management : Own plant-level P&L, capex, and working capital metrics; report directly to the Board.
