About the Role
We are seeking a Geophysical Analyst to join our dynamic team working remotely in India. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring, processing, and reporting on microseismic and / or electromagnetic (EM) data for energy industry applications. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Data Processing, Software, Field Services, and Project Management to ensure high-quality deliverables and timely project execution.
This position is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for geophysical data analysis. The role involves a rotating schedule, including weekdays, weekends, nights, and 12-hour shifts when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Process microseismic data (Frac, Resmap, ISM, MGS), including phase picking, event location, and velocity model calibration.
- Monitor and optimize site performance for recurring projects.
- Analyze and interpret Controlled Source Electromagnetic (CSEM) data.
- Perform quality control and interpretation of geophysical datasets.
- Configure and optimize project sites.
- Write technical reports and support software testing.
- Participate in on-call rotations, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Integrate geological and geophysical datasets for modeling and feasibility studies.
- Support field engineers and potentially attend client meetings or conferences.
- Contribute to advanced microseismic analyses and array designs.

B.Sc. or higher in Geophysics, Earth Sciences, or a related field.0–2 years of relevant experience. Field experience is an asset.Core Competencies :
