Role Summary

You’re the owner of all internal systems. Your job is to make every team faster, more accurate, and more accountable by deploying smart tech, fixing broken processes, and integrating data across the business. If a workflow is slow, manual, or inconsistent, you’re expected to automate it, rebuild it, or kill it.

Key Responsibilities

1. Core Systems Ownership

• Lead end-to-end management of ERP (Dynamics Business Central), WMS, Retail tools, and all internal operational systems.
• Drive enhancements, integrations, automations, and cross-team adoption.
• Ensure system configurations, roles, and workflows match business realities, not the other way around.
