Brand Strategy Partner – Content Strategy (this role needs a strategist, a strategist with a creative mind will be perfect here)

Location : Mumbai, Urmi Estate (5 days a week, in-office)

Experience : 6–9 years

The Role

This is not a desk-strategy role—it’s for someone who enjoys building with their hands and thinking on their feet. As Brand Strategy Partner – Content Strategy , you’ll be the strategic heart of content creation : turning insights into IPs, briefs into storytelling frameworks, and consumer truths into ideas that work across platforms.

We’re looking for a hybrid mind —a strategic thinker with a creative instinct. Someone who can simplify complex brand problems and spark original, culturally relevant content solutions. You’ll work closely with client leads, creatives, producers, and senior strategists to shape content that’s as thoughtful as it is fresh.

You’ll also play a key role on the MARS business , one of the most exciting mandates in the portfolio—building content and communication strategy across some of the world’s most loved consumer brands.

What You'll Do

  • Turn brand and business briefs into content architectures —platform-first, insight-led, and format-savvy
  • Craft narratives that marry cultural context with consumer behavior and digital logic
  • Use data, trends, and behavioral signals to mine sharp insights and nuance your strategies
  • Co-develop content ideas with creatives and producers—bringing structure, storytelling, and platform relevance to the table
  • Build inspiring, persuasive presentations that make strategy feel simple and powerful
  • Continuously sharpen your understanding of audiences —what they want, why they engage, and how they behave online

What You Bring

  • 6–9 years in content strategy, brand planning, or digital-first storytelling
  • A proven ability to connect the dots between culture, consumers, and creative thinking
  • Experience shaping original, content-led solutions for brands—especially digital formats, series, or creator-driven work
  • Comfort with audience and platform data —translating numbers into insights and insights into ideas
  • Experience with FMCG or lifestyle brands is a plus
  • Thrives in a builder culture —hands-on, high-energy, and solutions-focused
  • Bonus : Experience with content studios, creator networks, or social storytelling teams
