Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst with strong Tableau expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in data analysis, data modeling, data visualization, and business intelligence tools. You will transform raw data into meaningful insights using Tableau dashboards, support decision-making processes, and help drive business value.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports
• Gather, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights
• Identify data trends, anomalies, and opportunities for business improvements
• Develop and optimize ETL pipelines using Apache Airflow or similar tools
• Lead and mentor a team of data engineers; review performance and guide career development
• Plan, coordinate, and deliver data projects within timelines
• Design scalable and efficient data architectures and workflows
• Ensure robust documentation of processes and dashboards for transparency
• Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams to align project goals
