Job Description : What You'll Do :
- Business Requirements Analysis : Conduct detailed workshops and interviews with clients to gather, analyze, and document complex business requirements related to Oracle Fusion SCM modules.
- Module Configuration : Lead the functional configuration of various Oracle Fusion SCM modules (e.g., Inventory Management, Order Management, Procurement / Purchasing, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Planning, Product Data Hub) to align with defined business processes.
- Solution Design : Translate business requirements into comprehensive functional designs, ensuring adherence to Oracle Fusion best practices and scalability.
- Testing : Develop and execute test scripts for unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and support User
Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate configurations and integrations.
Data Migration Support : Collaborate with technical teams to support data migration activities, ensuring data integrity and accuracy during the transition to Oracle Fusion SCM.User Training : Develop training materials and conduct functional training sessions for end-users and key stakeholders.Post-Implementation Support : Provide functional support during hypercare and post-go-live phases, troubleshooting issues and ensuring smooth system operation.Process Optimization : Advise clients on process improvements and leverage Oracle Fusion SCM functionalities to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with technical teams, project managers, and other functional consultants to ensure seamless integration and project delivery.Documentation : Create and maintain comprehensive functional documentation, including process flows, configuration documents, and training Skills & Qualifications :Experience : 5 to 8 years of hands-on functional experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain Management (SCM) implementations and support.Module Expertise : In-depth functional knowledge and configuration experience across multiple Oracle Fusion SCM modules, including but not limited to :1. Inventory Management
2. Order Management
3. Procurement / Purchasing
4. Manufacturing
5. Supply Chain Planning (SCP) / Demand Management
6. Product Master Data Management (PIM) / Product Hub
Functional Design : Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into Oracle Fusion SCM functional designs and configurations.Implementation Lifecycle : Experience participating in full lifecycle Oracle Fusion SCM implementations.Business Process Analysis : Strong skills in analyzing and optimizing supply chain business processes.Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams.Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve functional issues.Client Management : Experience in client-facing roles, conducting workshops, and delivering Qualifications (Nice-to-Have) :Oracle Cloud SCM certification(s) (e.g., Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM Implementation Specialist).Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud integrations (FBDI, ADFdi, SOAP / REST APIs).Familiarity with other Oracle Fusion Cloud modules (e.g., Financials, Project Management).Experience in a consulting environment.Exposure to data migration strategies for SCMref : hirist.tech)
