BWG is hiring a trailblazer – not just a sales leader, but a visionary who takes the driver’s seat.

We're looking for someone who doesn't wait to be told what to do, but tells us what must be done. This is a high-ownership role managing nationwide sales operations across multiple cities and projects.

Key Responsibilities : Spearhead front-end sales across India, handling multiple city-level real estate projects. Take complete ownership of sales strategy, execution, and revenue growth. Mentor teams, forecast sales, and implement systems that scale. Work closely with the founding team initially, then lead independently with minimal supervision. Carry P&L responsibility for the sales function.

What We're Looking For : Top 1% talent with a proven, quantifiable track record in hardcore sales leadership. Preferably from a Tier 1 B-school with a strong pedigree in business and leadership. Exceptional system-building, team-leading, and number-crunching capabilities. Deep knowledge of real estate sales dynamics.
