Role Overview :

We are looking for Proposal Writer to support our recruitment documentation and compliance processes. The role involves preparing, formatting, reviewing, and maintaining recruitment-related documents, resumes, and templates as per client standards. The ideal candidate should have good attention to detail, proficiency in MS Word and Excel, and a willingness to learn and grow in a documentation-focused role.

Key Responsibilities :

• Format and align resumes and documents as per client compliance and company templates.
• Review and proofread resumes for accuracy, grammar, and consistency using tools like Grammarly.
• Maintain daily submission records and updates on MS Excel.
• Support the team in preparing and submitting documents through various portals (VMS / MSP).
• Assist in creating and maintaining documentation, templates, and style guides related to recruitment processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate document submissions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues during document submission or formatting.
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality and compliance standards.
