Experience Required : Minimum 5 years in luxury retail, with mandatory experience in a jewelry brand

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead overall store operations to ensure a smooth, luxury-driven customer experience.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop store staff to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales targets.
• Manage end-to-end client journey from welcome to final purchase with attention to detail and discretion.
• Build strong relationships with high-net-worth clients and ensure client retention through excellent service and follow-ups.
• Maintain inventory control, manage high-value stock, and coordinate with corporate teams for replenishments and merchandising.
• Ensure adherence to brand guidelines, visual merchandising standards, and store presentation.
• Track sales metrics, team performance, and prepare regular reports for management.
• Oversee the daily administration of the store including team schedules, SOPs, and security protocols.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury retail, specifically with a jewelry brand.
• Strong leadership, people management, and sales coaching skills.
• Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales goals and building long-term client relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; fluency in English is essential.
• Well-groomed, presentable, and brand-aligned in demeanor and communication.
• Comfortable working retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of regional clientele preferences and local market is an added advantage.
