Role and Responsibilities
Confirmations : Manage trade confirmations and allocations, including handling customer coupon emails, DTCC CTM (block and allocations), and confirmation processes. Oversee both incoming confirmations and the sending of CTM (DTCC) confirmations.
Reconciliation : Perform daily reconciliation tasks such as preparing the daily cash position sheet, reconciling previous day’s closing balances and outstanding items, and reconciling various accounts and positions. This includes Intellimatch repo branch reconciliation, Bloomberg position reconciliation, failed trade reporting, and daily LCH Gloss reconciliation.
Reporting : Generate and review daily, weekly, and monthly reports including KPI reports, cancelled trade reports, late trade reports, and collateral management holdings reports. Handle specific reporting requirements such as daily fails and holdover reports, FICC clearing fund reports, and Euroclear reporting.
Settlements : Ensure accurate and timely trade settlements, including trade ticket allocation retrieval, trade corrections, monthly clearing charges, and other settlement processes. Manage collateral management activities including trade input, calculations, confirmation, and settlement.
Good communication skills, analytical and presentation skills are mandatory for the above skill set.
