NMS-5G Team :

Tejas NMS Group designs and develops network management solutions for the entire portfolio of Tejas devices working across technologies like SDH / SONET, OTN, DWDM, GPON, Carrier Ethernet and MPLS-TP. It includes support for the 4G and 5G wireless ecosystem management. The group’s flagship product’s (TejNMS) unique value proposition is that it provides a unified and comprehensive management solution for multi-technology layered networks for telecom service providers and enterprises. The product supports extensive fault & performance monitoring and an intuitive, user-friendly graphical user interface to visualize and provision a multi-layer network using point & click remotely. The solution follows the ITU-T standard TNM architecture and supports TMF and TAPI complaint standard interfaces to enable deployment of Software Defined Networks (SDN).

Roles & Responsibilities :

Individual Contributor. Responsible for end-to-end development lifecycles of features. Building reusable code and libraries for future use. Optimization of the application for speed and scalability. Managing the team with evaluating processes, priorities and performance goals to meet business objectives

Mandatory skills :

Java, Postgres / MySQL, Elastic Search (or any NOSQL DB knowledge a plus), Message Bus based Scalable Distributed Architectures. Networking concepts. Microservices based development. Basic understanding of Agile Development lifecycles. Knowledge of git-based version control systems. Experiences in NMS / EMS development for 4g / 5g base stations would be an added plus. Knowledge of Json / Protobuf based messaging. Design and development of Restful Interfaces. SpringBoot knowledge would be a plus Knowledge of Automated Deployment Environments. (Kubernetes, Docker etc.). Knowledge on Go Lang, Workflow systems would be an added plus.

Desired skills :

Basic understanding of fontend architectures. Knowledge of JavaScript is a plus. Basic understanding of Databases and Database queries. Good debugging skills, log analysis and solving Field issues. Good knowledge with NMS / EMS Experience with leading a team and guiding them for optimum output.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience :

15 to 18 years’ experience from Telecommunication or Networking background. Education :

B.Tech / BE (CSE / ECE / EEE / IS) or any other equivalent degree Candidate should be good at coding skills in Core Java & Multithreading
