Job Description
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and manage paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook / Instagram), LinkedIn, and programmatic channels focused on B2B lead generation.
- Optimize campaigns for CPL (Cost Per Lead), CTR, and conversion rates to drive qualified business leads for BPO services.
- Design audience targeting strategies for multiple industries.
- Collaborate / prepare the content and design to develop ad copy, banners, and landing pages tailored to the BPO industry.
- Conduct A / B testing on creatives, copy, and landing pages to enhance campaign performance.
- Track, measure, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics, CRM, and advertising platforms.
- Implement tracking mechanisms to monitor lead quality and funnel performance.
- Stay updated with trends in digital marketing and outsourcing industry benchmarks to inform strategy.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure marketing-generated leads align with sales qualifications criteria.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.2+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in a B2B or BPO / outsourcing environment.Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads, and programmatic platforms.Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Solid knowledge of SEO best practices , on-page and off-page optimization, and keyword research.Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Canva , or equivalent for creating ad visuals and landing page elements.Requirements
