Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Captain, to be based in Itanagar Tehsil. The Captain will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high-quality service standards. The Captain will also coordinate with kitchen staff, address customer complaints professionally, and ensure a smooth and efficient workflow in the dining area.

• High school diploma or equivalent;

additional education ortraining in hospitality management is a plus
