Role Description

As our Community Engagement Lead, you’ll help us shape the emotional and strategic foundation of our earliest community — a private, high-trust circle of women that informs the evolution of our product, service, and brand.

This is not just a community management role — it’s a foundational leadership role focused on insight, culture, systems, and strategic feedback loops. You will :

Manage our founding community
Co-design prompt-led engagement, rituals, and user reflections
Track emotional insights, user pain points, and strategic signals
Work closely with the founder to shape early user experience and content flow
Build systems that allow future community + user scaling via tech + AI
Collaborate across product, marketing, and content functions

Qualifications

Interpersonal Skills, Communication, and Customer Service skills

Experience in Community Engagement and Community Management

Love for creating thoughtful structure from ambiguity

Fluency with tech and AI tools to work smarter, not harder

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team

Experience in the wellness or healthcare sectors is a plus
