As a Business Analyst – Last-Mile Operations , you will be responsible for analysing operational data to drive delivery performance improvements and support strategic initiatives across delivery networks.
Key Responsibilities :
- Analyse large data sets related to last-mile delivery performance to identify trends, gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with the MIS team to standardise and automate key operational reports and dashboards.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as delivery time, time-motion, SLA, cost per delivery and overall performance.
- Work cross-functionally with teams such as Operations, Supply, Risk and Payroll to understand business needs and recommend data-driven solutions.
- Support strategic planning by translating business questions into data models and actionable insights.
- Track the implementation and impact of business initiatives by monitoring actionable and outcome metrics.
- Identify data inconsistencies, root causes of operational inefficiencies and propose enhancements to data systems and workflows.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
5-7 years of relevant experience. Preferred quick-commerce, last-mile logistics, ecommerce, foodtech or similar industry.Experience with delivery operations is a strong plus.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualisation tools.
