The Roles &

Responsibilities :

  • Technology Development : Oversee the development and maintenance of technology solutions, ensuring that they meet quality and performance standards.
  • Project Management : Manage technology development projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Technical Support : Provide technical support to users, troubleshooting issues and resolving problems in a timely manner.
  • Problem Resolution : Lead the resolution of complex technical problems, working with team members and vendors as necessary.
  • Quality Assurance : Ensure that technology solutions are tested and reviewed for quality and performance, and that necessary changes are made to meet standards.
  • Technology Planning : Plan and implement new technologies to support business objectives.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in technology development, with a focus on development and maintenance.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in at least one technology platform or programming language.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong project management and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Preferred, but not required :

  • Detail-oriented, ability to turn deliverables around quickly with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to interpret business requirements and produce functional and technical design documents.
  • Good time management skills – Ability to prioritize and multi-task, handling multiple efforts at once.
  • Strong desire to understand and learn domain.
  • Experience in a financial services / banking industry.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; to be flexible and learn quickly.
  • Ability to multi-task with attention to detail / prioritize tasks.
