The Roles &

Responsibilities :

Technology Development : Oversee the development and maintenance of technology solutions, ensuring that they meet quality and performance standards.
Project Management : Manage technology development projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
Technical Support : Provide technical support to users, troubleshooting issues and resolving problems in a timely manner.
Problem Resolution : Lead the resolution of complex technical problems, working with team members and vendors as necessary.
Quality Assurance : Ensure that technology solutions are tested and reviewed for quality and performance, and that necessary changes are made to meet standards.
Technology Planning : Plan and implement new technologies to support business objectives.

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in technology development, with a focus on development and maintenance.

Strong technical skills, including proficiency in at least one technology platform or programming language.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong project management and leadership skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred, but not required :

Detail-oriented, ability to turn deliverables around quickly with a high degree of accuracy.

Strong analytical skills, ability to interpret business requirements and produce functional and technical design documents.

Good time management skills – Ability to prioritize and multi-task, handling multiple efforts at once.

Strong desire to understand and learn domain.

Experience in a financial services / banking industry.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; to be flexible and learn quickly.

Ability to multi-task with attention to detail / prioritize tasks.
