About the Role : We are looking for a Backend Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of experience in developing and maintaining backend systems using Python.

The ideal candidate should have expertise in FastAPI or Flask and be capable of building scalable, high-performance Title : Backend Engineer (Python)

Type : Responsibilities :

• Collaboration : Work closely with frontend developers and product managers to develop new features.
• Code Quality : Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented Python code following best practices.
• Optimization : Improve system performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Troubleshooting : Identify and resolve backend issues efficiently.
• Learning & Growth : Participate in code reviews and collaborate with senior developers for continuous improvement.
• Innovation : Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend : :
• Experience : Minimum 3 years of backend development using Python with FastAPI or Flask.
• Technical Skills : Strong knowledge of Python and its backend frameworks (FastAPI, Flask).
• Understanding of asynchronous programming, REST APIs, and web services.
• Experience with databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Redis.
• Proficiency with Git and version control systems.
• Experience with testing frameworks such as PyTest or Unittest.
• Basic understanding of CI / CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
• Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and debugging :
• Containerization : Experience with Docker and familiarity with Kubernetes.
• Microservices & Messaging : Knowledge of microservices architecture, event-driven systems, and tools like RabbitMQ or Kafka.
• Agile Methodologies : Experience working in Agile / Scrum frameworks.
