About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead internet bandwidth sales efforts. This role involves developing strong B2B relationships, driving revenue growth, and managing a motivated field sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets
- Identify and engage B2B clients for fiber internet solutions
- Lead, mentor, and guide the field sales team to achieve KPIs
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Collaborate with marketing and operations for lead generation
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics
What We’re Looking For
2–5 years of experience in sales / business development (telecom, broadband, or networking preferred)Strong leadership and team management experienceExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsExperience using CRM tools and sales tracking systemsBachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related fieldNote : We are hiring for my client - Telecom industry candidates are preferred.
