Job DescriptionCampaign Setup & ManagementPlan, create, and manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads across Search, Display, and Shopping.Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and ad copywriting to ensure effective targeting and engagement.Configure ad extensions, bidding strategies, and budgets to align with campaign objectives.Optimization & Performance TrackingMonitor campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rate) and make data-driven optimizations.Manage negative keyword lists, audience targeting, and bid adjustments for improved efficiency.Perform A / B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies.Ensure accurate conversion tracking through Google Tag Manager, UET (Microsoft Universal Event Tracking), and Analytics tools.Analytics & ReportingGenerate and analyze performance reports from Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Google Analytics.Provide insights and actionable recommendations to improve campaign outcomes.Forecast performance and prepare budgets for upcoming campaigns.Collaboration & InnovationPartner with cross-functional teams (SEO, creative, and analytics) to align paid search campaigns with overall marketing goals.Stay updated on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads product updates, trends, and algorithm changes.Recommend new strategies, audience segments, and automation opportunities.
