Scrum Master CSM

Key Responsibilities :

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies : Daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Support Product Owners in backlog grooming , prioritization , and clarifying user stories .
• Guide and coach the Scrum Team on Agile / Scrum values, principles, and best practices .
• Remove team impediments to ensure smooth sprint execution.
• Monitor sprint progress using tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps , or VersionOne .
• Promote collaboration, transparency, and accountability within the team.
• Track team metrics (velocity, burndown charts, sprint goals) and share insights with stakeholders.
• Foster continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback loops.
• Coordinate with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to align on cross-team dependencies.
• Champion a culture of agility and servant leadership.
