Job Title : Executive / Senior Executive / Asst Manager Procurement

Location : Ahmedabad

Industry : Cosmetics

Preference : Only Color Cosmetic Industry work experience will be preferred

We are looking for an experienced Procurement & Supply Chain professional to manage packaging & raw material procurement, vendor management, and NPD support for our growing cosmetics brand.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end procurement of primary, secondary & tertiary packaging materials.

Coordinate with vendors, design, and packaging teams for new SKUs & artwork approvals.

Liaise with third-party manufacturers (TPMs) for timely production & dispatches.

Source and procure raw materials, actives & ingredients as per production needs.

Maintain safety stock norms & ensure smooth replenishment.

Collaborate with supply chain planning for monthly procurement & inventory tracking.

Drive material readiness for new launches and promotional packs.

What We’re Looking For

4–8 years of experience in Procurement / Supply Chain (FMCG, Cosmetics, or Personal Care preferred).

Strong knowledge of packaging development & vendor management.

Proficiency in ERP / SAP & MS Excel.

Excellent negotiation, coordination & communication skills.
