We are seeking a highly experienced Level 3 Support Engineer with deep expertise in Oracle Financials, Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), Hyperion, and related tools. The successful candidate will provide top-tier technical support, incident resolution, and project assistance for complex enterprise financial systems, ensuring high availability, performance, and security of critical Responsibilities Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution : Serve as the primary escalation point for complex incidents related to Oracle Financials, EBS, Hyperion, ARCS, FCCS, and additional Oracle applications, ensuring timely and effective & Database Management : Manage Oracle EBS (including modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Project Accounting, etc.), Hyperion, and Oracle Database environments (PROD and Non-PROD). Responsibilities include deployments, patches, upgrades, performance tuning, security, and capacity Support & Expertise : Support month-end, year-end processes, budgeting, forecasting (H1, H2), data and metadata management, task list handling, report generation, reconciliation processes, and financial year-end closure Modules : Provide support across modules such as General Ledger, Financial Accounting Hub, Subledger Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Project Accounting, Purchasing, iProcurement, iExpenses, iTax, System Administration, Approvals, Application Admin, Alert Manager, HR, and Cash & Capacity Monitoring : Conduct continuous monitoring to ensure optimal system operation, including database performance, system configurations, and resource Support & Development : Use allocated Oracle RTB development days for projects including enhancements, fixes, or new workflows, coordinating priorities with MHI management within the allotted for Multiple Environments : Maintain stability, security, and performance of Production, UAT, Dev, SIT, and DR environments through proactive monitoring and maintenance & Compliance : Manage user access, implement security best practices, and ensure compliance with data governance and audit & Audit : Document all activities, support issues, configurations, and time tracking accurately for audits and & Communication : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and MHI stakeholders.
