How will you make an impact in this role?
Responsible for contacting clients with overdue accounts to secure the settlement of the account. Also they do preventive work to avoid future overdues with accounts that have a high exposure.
Responsibilities
Understand the third-party lifecycle and scope of assigned risk pillars as they relate to third-party risk management.
Document approaches to risk identification, measurement, management, and monitoring for assigned risk pillars.
Analyze program outcomes to measure effectiveness of risk requirements.
Administer updates to guidance documents leveraged by the TLM Operations and Business Unit colleagues to manage compliance with risk requirements with a focus on clarity and comprehensiveness.
Manage & support multiple initiatives for assigned risk pillars such as anticipated changes, emerging risks, and troubleshooting.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with third-party or procurement lifecycle phases
Moderate to Advanced Microsoft Power Point, Word, and Excel skills.
Attention to detail and follow-through.
Demonstrated ability to build relationships and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders across multiple geographies.
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely verbally and in writing.
Ability to project manage in a fast-paced, self-starter environment with a commitment to deliver results timely.
Audit, Risk Management or Third-Party professional credentials a plus
