Oracle GTM / OTM Consultant - E2E Implementation

Oracle GTM / OTM Description :

We are looking for an experienced Oracle GTM / OTM Consultant with a deep understanding of Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) and / or Global Trade Management (GTM). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle OTM / GTM Cloud or On-Premise solutions. Strong functional and technical expertise is expected, along with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement Responsibilities :

• Lead and contribute to full lifecycle implementations of Oracle GTM and / or OTM (Cloud or On-Premise).
• Conduct workshops for requirements gathering, solution design, and process mapping with business stakeholders.
• Configure modules including Order Management, Shipment Planning, Freight Payment, Compliance Screening, Restricted Party Screening (RPS), Document Management, Trade Agreements, etc.
• Integrate GTM / OTM with upstream and downstream systems (ERP, WMS, 3PLs, Customs, etc.).
• Define and configure business rules, workflows, agents, and user roles.
• Perform data migration, testing (SIT / UAT), and go-live support activities.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Prepare system documentation, training materials, and conduct end-user Skills & Experience :
• 7+ years of experience in Oracle GTM / OTM implementation and support projects.
• Proven experience in at least 2 full-cycle implementations.
• Strong functional understanding of global trade processes, transportation logistics, compliance, and supply chain operations.
• Hands-on experience configuring GTM / OTM modules and agents.
• Experience integrating with Oracle EBS, Oracle Cloud SCM, or other third-party systems.
• Working knowledge of SQL, XML, Web Services (SOAP / REST) is a plus.
• Familiarity with OTBI, BI Publisher for reporting is desirable.
• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Oracle GTM / OTM Certification is a strong plus.
• Experience with Oracle Transportation Intelligence (OTI) is a plus.
