  • We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist with experience in managing and growing brand presence across social platforms.
  • The ideal candidate should be able to work independently, handle end-to-end social media strategies, and deliver measurable results in terms of engagement, reach, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Manage and grow presence on platforms such as Facebook , Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and emerging platforms .
  • Should have hands-on exposure in Facebook Marketplace Management .
  • Create, curate, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos, infographics, blogs).
  • Plan and manage paid campaigns (social ads) to drive awareness, traffic, and conversions.
  • Monitor social media channels for industry trends, competitor activity, and audience insights.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (reach, engagement, ROI, conversions).
  • Collaborate with design / content teams or work hands-on with tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) for creative requirements.
  • Respond and engage with followers to build community interaction .
  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes .
