Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Team Lead, located at Red Carpet Architects’ office in Chennai. The Marketing Team Lead will oversee marketing initiatives, lead and manage a team, and collaborate on strategic planning to increase the firm’s market presence. Daily responsibilities include guiding team members, developing and executing marketing campaigns, implementing sales strategies, and ensuring effective communication within the team and with clients. The role requires leadership and hands-on involvement in both planning and execution to achieve organizational goals.
