Exp Required : 5-8 years

Job Mode : WFO / Remote Working

Job Location; Bangalore

Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 F&O Technical Consultant with around 5 years of development and technical implementation experience , preferably with exposure to Real Estate business processes . The consultant will be responsible for customizations, integrations, performance optimization, and supporting Finance / Real Estate functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and implement technical solutions in Dynamics 365 F&O using :

X++

Extensions Framework

SSRS Reports

Data Entities & DMF

Batch Jobs & Workflows

Work with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical designs (TDDs).

Perform debugging, code optimization, and performance tuning.

Support data migration activities : data mapping, transformation, validation, and load scripts.

Develop custom dashboards, business events, and API integrations.

Implement CI / CD pipelines using Azure DevOps for deployments.

Ensure solution adherence to Microsoft best practices and coding standards.

Provide post-go-live technical support and enhancements.

Required Skills :

5 years of hands-on experience in D365 F&O or AX Technical Development.

Strong proficiency in :

X++, OOP concepts

D365 F&O Extensions

SSRS, Power Platform basics (Power Automate / Power Apps)

Data Entities, OData, and Azure integrations

Experience working with Real Estate processes , such as :

Lease management and rent automation

Property / unit master data

Facility management workflows

Project management & accounting customization

Vendor / contractor integration

Understanding of Real Estate PMS integrations (e.g., Yardi, SAP RE-FX, PropTech tools) is a strong plus.

Good understanding of Finance & Project modules from a technical perspective.

Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git, and LCS environments.
