Role Summary :
Locations : Lucknow, Bhubaneshwar, Nagpur, Ahmedabad, Kochi.
The Diagnostic Executive will work closely with the Sales and Medical Affairs teams to support cancer diagnostic testing in the field. This includes identifying barriers to testing, building strong relationships with doctors and labs, and helping improve testing rates and quality. The role also involves educating healthcare professionals, collecting insights from the field, and supporting the implementation of medical plans at a local level.
Key Responsibilities :
- Work with pathologists, labs, and doctors to promote cancer biomarker testing
- Identify and address issues in testing processes (e.g., test failure rates, access barriers)
- Monitor testing performance in your assigned area
- Build awareness and understanding of testing through education and advocacy
- Support development of testing at key hospitals and labs
- Share field insights to help shape national medical strategies
- Follow all compliance, ethical, and medical standards
