Overview :
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Technical Mentor to guide students in their game development journey. The role focuses on the practical application of C# and OpenGL within the Unity Engine, helping students bridge academic learning with real-world development. The mentor will conduct classes (both offline and online), review code, guide projects, and prepare students to meet industry standards.
Key Responsibilities :
Mentoring & Teaching :
- Conduct classes on C# programming, Unity Engine, and OpenGL concepts.
- Provide hands-on training sessions, code walkthroughs, and technical guidance.
Project Guidance :
Support students in coding assignments and real-world projects.Help them apply theoretical knowledge to practical development challenges.Code Reviews :
Review student code submissions and provide detailed, constructive feedback.Ensure adherence to best coding practices and performance optimization.Industry Standards :
Introduce students to professional workflows, tools, and game development best practices.Communication & Support :
Maintain open, encouraging communication with students.Address queries and foster a positive, collaborative learning environment.Curriculum & Collaboration :
Contribute to refining the curriculum related to Unity, C#, and OpenGL.Collaborate with other mentors and academic staff to enhance the program's effectiveness.Performance Evaluation :
Assess student progress and provide feedback or additional support where needed.Required Skills and Experience :
Technical Expertise : Strong command of C#, Unity Engine, and OpenGL.Experience : Minimum 3+ years in game development (preferably Unity-based projects).Problem-Solving : Ability to identify and resolve technical issues effectively.Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Teamwork : Strong ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and students.Education
Bachelor Of Technology (B.Tech / B.E), Masters in Technology (M.Tech / M.E)
