Position Overview :

Key Responsibilities :
Talend Accquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Build and execute hiring strategies for technical, creative, teaching, and operations teams.
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs
- Identify and engage talent through multiple channels — new job portals, LinkedIn, campus drives, and referrals.
- Conduct initial screening, coordinate interviews, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
- Design and implement employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
HR Operations and Employee Relations
Maintain employee records, leave updates, and HR documentation.Handle onboarding, induction, and exit processes.Support policy implementation and ensure compliance with company HR practices.Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, ensuring a positive work environment.Collect feedback and run surveys to measure employee satisfaction and engagement.Provide insights on talent gaps and succession planning.Culture & Engagement
Design and execute employee engagement programs, events, and recognition initiatives.Contribute to building a strong company culture based on creativity, innovation, and collaboration.Work closely with the leadership team to foster employee growth and team bonding.Skills and Qualificarions :
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.2–5 years of experience in HR and recruitment, preferably in a startup or tech-driven environment.Strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills.Hands-on experience with recruitment tools (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).Ability to multitask, prioritise, and handle dynamic work environments.A people person with a creative and proactive mindset.Why Join igebra.Ai?
