This role is to lead Talent Acquisition fulfilling the hiring requirements end to end.

On the one hand, this person is the custodian of the functional excellence of recruitment. On the other, The Head of Talent Acquisition is thus a strategic role at a critical time of Organisations evolution. We see this as a key enabler of company vision and ambition of growth and transformation.

There are 2 aspects to the role :

I. Functional leadership and excellence of the Talent Acquisition function

II. Attracting talent that support Companies Growth & Transformation agenda
