Job descriptionAchieve sales targets across a broad product spectrum including investments, liabilities, retail assets, business banking, forex, and cards Proactively sell the full range of consumer and commercial banking products to mapped and potential HNI / NRI clients Drive higher product and channel penetration to deepen client relationships and increase wallet share Maintain and improve portfolio quality through regular engagement and relationship monitoring Ensure relationships are aligned with desired value parameters and bank objectives Conduct financial planning and offer investment advisory services to HNI / NRI clients Analyze client needs and recommend suitable investment products Drive fee-based income through products like mutual funds, investments, and insurance

- Manage the banking and investment relationships of HNI, NRI, and UHNI clients
- Develop, manage, and expand customer relationships by delivering service levels that exceed client expectations
- Identify current and potential relationships with additional revenue potential and drive growth
