ServiceNow ATF Tester

Experience : 3 years

Responsibilities :

Design and develop automated test cases using ServiceNow ATF.

Build and manage test suites for regression upgrade and functional testing.

Collaborate with developers business analysts and QA teams to define test strategies.

Identify document and track defects; drive resolution and retesting.

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and modules (ITSM HRSD ITOM).

Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.

Experience with test management tools (e.g. JIRA ServiceNow Test Management).
