Key Responsibilities :

• Source and identify top talent using job portals and your own network
• Screen & assess candidate profiles for role fitment
• Submit candidates to hiring managers for evaluation
• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle , ensuring timely updates
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet hiring goals
