Arcot Group is a growing organization committed to innovation, integrity, and excellence. We are looking for a detail-oriented HR professional to manage statutory compliance, HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, and workplace engagement across both our Lower Parel and Vashi offices.
Key Responsibilities
HR Compliance & Operations
- Maintain and update employee records, attendance, leave data, and HR databases.
- Provide accurate inputs for payroll processing, including statutory deductions and attendance updates.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements : PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Gratuity, Bonus Act, Shops & Establishments Act, and other applicable laws.
- Coordinate statutory filings with consultants, auditors, and government authorities.
- Prepare HR letters, compliance reports, notices, and required documentation.
- Implement HR policies and ensure compliance across both office locations.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of employee and HR records.
Onboarding & Offboarding
Conduct end-to-end onboarding, including documentation, background checks, employee orientation, and HR induction.Ensure smooth processing of offboarding, including resignations, exit interviews, documentation, asset recovery, and final settlement coordination.Maintain onboarding and exit checklists to ensure compliance and accuracy.Employee Engagement & Grievance Handling
Support and coordinate employee engagement activities, celebrations, and internal communication.Address and resolve employee grievances in a timely and professional manner, escalating issues when necessary.Assist in building employee awareness about HR policies, statutory guidelines, and workplace practices.Maintain a positive and supportive work environment by ensuring open communication and employee trust.Key Skills & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Commerce, or related field (MBA in HR preferred).1–3 years of experience in HR operations, compliance, and employee lifecycle management.Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and statutory regulations.Proficient in MS Excel, HRMS systems, and documentation management.Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.High attention to detail with excellent organizational capabilities.Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accuracy.Why Join Us
